  1. What are the official exhibit dates and hours? 

    
    Tuesday April 30th

  • 8am - 9am: Breakfast

  • 10:30am - 10:45am: AM Break

  • 12pm - 1pm: Lunch

  • 1pm - 2pm: Expert Office Hours

  • 3pm - 3:15pm: PM Break 

  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Expert Office Hours


    Wednesday May 1st

  • 8am - 9am: Breakfast

  • 10:15am - 10:30am: AM Break

  • 11:30am - 1pm: Lunch

  • 2:30pm- 2:45pm: PM Break



  1. What are the set up and move out dates and hours?

Setup    

  • Monday April 29th from 2pm - 4pm

Move Out

  • Wednesday May 1st from 3pm - 5pm


  1. What are the on-site registration dates and hours?

  • Monday April 29th from 10am - 5pm

  • Tuesday April 30th from 7am - 5pm

  • Wednesday May 1st from 7am- 12pm


  1. When can I register my table personnel?

  • You can register your personnel through our RARE Drug Development Symposium registration site. Once you get to check out, use the discount code provided in your confirmation email to waive the registration fee.


  1. Where can table attendees pick up badges on-site?

  • Badges will be available for pick up at the event registration area in the Liberty Ballroom Foyer located on the lobby level starting at 10am on Monday, April 29th.


  1. How many badges are included with my table?

  • Each exhibiting company or organization is entitled to one (1) complimentary full-access conference pass. All conference passes allow entrance to all tracks, meal functions, and events. Also one (1) additional pass may be purchased at a 50% discount.


  1. Can exhibitors attend sessions? 

  • Exhibit personnel badges allow admittance into all sessions and events. 


  1. Is there an exhibit hall-only registration fee? 

  • No, to visit the exhibits, a visitor must purchase a complete conference pass.


  1. What advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available for exhibitors?


  1. What is the official hotel for the 2024 RARE Drug Development Symposium

  • Global Genes has secured a block of rooms at the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia. For more information about hotel availability and hotel reservations HERE. The deadline to book a room in the room block is April 6, 2024, or until the rooms are sold out.

  1. Does the table need to be manned at all times?

  • We encourage one member from your organization to be present at the table during the exhibit hours listed above.


  1. Will any meals be provided for exhibitors? 

  • With your full conference pass, all attendee meals will also be included. Times and locations for all meals will be listed on the agenda


  1. Where is my table located?

  • Exhibitor space will be located in the Liberty Ballroom Foyer. A floor plan with your booth number will be provided in April. 


  1. Will AV be provided at the tables?

   

  1. Can I ship materials directly to the Sheraton Downtown Philadelphia? 

  • Yes, you may ship materials directly to the hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for all shipping and handling fees inbound and outbound. Click here for shipping information.
